Hi, everyone. Louise Bagger, AIPP National President.
I wanted to put a short video together to welcome you all to the start of the New Year.
I know many of you are still being affected by COVID. What I love seeing is the support being shown throughout the various social media platforms. Support from members to other members. It’s really uplifting, so please keep doing that. I know it helps in many ways, for many people.
One thing that I did want to say is that with the introduction of the new IT system, which came in in early December last year, what we’ve asked you to do is to log into your member account. You do need to re-establish that, but more importantly, to re-establish your membership fee payments, it’s really important because you need to know that we cannot migrate across your payment details that were in place from the old system.
Some of you may not be aware that you do need to do this, but our admin team are there to help you through. So please get in touch with them by phone or send them an email and they can certainly get in touch with you.
You can update your details including payment details in https://aipp.com.au/account/ while logged in.
Our admin team will also be initiating phone calls to those members who have not yet re-established their membership fee payments. You can choose between monthly payments or one full upfront annual payment. The subscriptions page will show the membership payment type you last used. If you’d like help switching contact our team.
We’ve got Silver Linings two coming up opening on the first of February. So I wanted to thank again the awards committee for the incredible work that they’ve put in to getting these awards up and running, have a look at the website and have a look at the new categories that are on offer. There is a lot there for so many of you. I would love to see as many people as possible involved in these awards.
This is not a formal President’s Message. It’s really just a touch base to welcome you back to the New Year. I want to wish all of our members and your families a very successful year ahead, and here’s to 2021.
See you all again soon.
